We invested in the project in 2013 and were supposed to get possession in 2017,” Suraj Gupta, a buyer, said.Another buyer, Avdesh Saxena, said he had filed a complaint with the bench in December 2017 and received a recovery note in May this year, but hasn’t got a refund from the builder yet.“The cheque issued by the builder was not honoured by the bank. I had invested Rs 16 lakh to buy a shop at the project,” Saxena said.“The buyers’ complaints have been heard.
