NOIDA: A 17-year-old boy, whose body was found inside a sack in a drain in Sector 63 on Tuesday morning, has been identified as Shekhar Pathak , whose family has alleged he was murdered by two of his employers and a friend. The boy’s autopsy report had revealed that he had suffered “electric burns and multiple wounds on the dorsal aspect” and wrist and “multiple wounds on the foot”. The body was identified by Shekhar’s elder brother Amalendra. According to Amalendra, Shekhar — a resident of Basti district — had been staying in Budh Vihar of Hindon area for the past one and a half years. While Amalendra has been working at a company in Sector 63 for the past four years, two of his elder brothers stay at their home in a Basti village.“Shekhar was not too interested in studies and had been insisting that he comes to Noida and start working with me. Since I discouraged him from working at such a young age, he went to my elder sister and convinced her husband to let him stay with them,” he said. Amalendra said his brother-in-law Arvind got him employed with a paper-cup making unit in Sector 63, which is owned by one Dharmendra. “Arvind would usually drop Shekhar to the factory. Dharmendra claimed Shekhar had left the place. The next day, when Arvind again called Dharmendra, he disconnected the phone. Arvind then went to the factory, but it was closed,” he said.A police complaint was lodged on Wednesday night.
