Two of realty firm booked for cheating

The FIR was registered under sections 2 and 3 of the Gangster Act at Vijay Nagar police station on February 10 on a complaint by SHO (Vijay Nagar) Shayamveer Singh. The FIR under the Gangster Act was registered against the duo after senior police officers and Ghaziabad district magistrate Ritu Maheshwari gave their approval. GHAZIABAD: Two senior officials of a prominent real-estate company have been booked under the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act for allegedly cheating several consumers on the pretext of selling them plots in different projects.The official have been identified as Sanjeev Srivastava and Rajeev Srivastava, both residents of Sector 33. The case is being investigated by SHO (Kotwali) Jai Karan Singh.In the complaint, it has been mentioned that the two used fake documents to sell a flat to multiple people and later threatened them when they demanded their money back.
