Noida allots 17 plots for startups

NOIDA: The Noida Authority on Tuesday allotted 17 industrial plots for startups and business expansion in different sectors. Vivacity Homes, Equasocio Network, Rtaa Services and Astraea Business Consultancy were allotted land for startups. The plots were also allotted to three individuals - Tarun Kumar, Jagdish Rai Karnani and Pragya Agarwal for their respective business expansion. The startups are in nascent stage and project details are not available yet,” said the OSD.Addverb Technologies , that deals in manufacturing chain/pallet/spiral conveyor, was also allotted land. These machines will be supplied in Noida and other cities to strengthen industries,” said the official.

Plots measuring up to five acres are located in sectors 58, 60, 67, 83, 85, 155, 156, 157, phase 1 and 2, among other places.The land allotment for expansion were given to Neptune Systems Pvt Ltd that deals in making energy efficient electrical products, Colorjet India, that deals in digital inkjet printers, among others. Vivacity Homes, Equasocio Network, Rtaa Services and Astraea Business Consultancy were allotted land for startups. The plots were also allotted to three individuals - Tarun Kumar, Jagdish Rai Karnani and Pragya Agarwal for their respective business expansion. N K Singh, officer on special duty (industry), Noida Authority, said these companies will develop their startups soon.“The allottees will have to start construction work within six months from taking over the physical possession of the plot. The startups are in nascent stage and project details are not available yet,” said the OSD.Addverb Technologies , that deals in manufacturing chain/pallet/spiral conveyor, was also allotted land. “The products/components can be moved from one point to another easily. The company also manufactures some robotic machines which facilitates works in warehouses and other industrial houses. These machines will be supplied in Noida and other cities to strengthen industries,” said the official. In general category, the plots were also allocated to Ashmon Creations, Basant India that deals in apparels, Maple Projects that deals in civil engineering and Proposed pvt ltd company, besides three more individuals - Mithlesh Singh, Rakesh Pratap Singh and Himanshu Jain.
