New Delhi: The Supreme Court has constituted a three-member panel for the arbitration for Ayodhya dispute. Former Justice FM Ibrahim Khalifulla, Chairman of the committee formed for arbitration by the Supreme Court. While Shree Shree Ravi Shankar and Shriram Panchu will be its members. In front of this committee, both the Hindu and Muslim parties will keep their sayings. After this the committee will keep their report in front of the Supreme Court.

Justice Ibrahim Khalifulla

Former Justice FM Ibrahim Khalifulla is originally from Karaikudi in Shivanganga district of Tamil Nadu. Justice Khalifulla was born on July 23, 1951. He started his advocacy career on August 20, 1975. He was an active lawyer in matters related to labor law. Justice Khalifulla was appointed a permanent judge in the first Madras High Court in 2000. Subsequently, in 2011, he was appointed Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. Justice was appointed in the Supreme Court in 2012 and Justice Khalifulla retired from the Supreme Court in 2016.

Shri Shri Ravishankar

The other members are Mr. Sri Ravi Shankar, Chief of Art of Living. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is one of the main spiritual gurus in the country. Even earlier, he tried to mediate the Ayodhya case. For this, he had also gone to Ayodhya and had met with the parties. Shri Sri Ravi Shankar had earlier met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow and also presented a formula to resolve this issue. Which had both support and opposition.

Shriram Panchu, the third member of the Committee to solve the Ayodhya dispute. Shriram Panchu is a senior advocate. Shriram Panchu is specializing in solving the case through mediation. They have formed a legal entity named The Mediation Chambers, to mediate and resolve the case. The work of this institution is to solve issues outside the court through mutual reconciliation. Shriram Panchu is the President of the Association of Indian Mediators. He is also on the Board of the Board of International Mediation Institute. He has been instrumental in incorporating mediation in the judicial system of India. The Supreme Court has described Shriram Panchu as a distinguished mediator and one of the oldest mediators in the country. Shriram Panchu has mediated in many complex and VVIP cases of the country. These include matters related to commercial, corporate, contract.

While responding to the Supreme Court`s mediated order on the Babri Masjid dispute, it has said that in the past too many initiatives have been taken to settle the dispute, but no solution has emerged. We are not raising the orders of the Supreme Court, but now any Rambhakta and Saint and Mahatma Ram do not want any delay in the construction of the temple.
In this case the answer to Sunni religious leader Maulana Khalid Rashid Fargari Mahli has come. They say that we welcome the arbitration. Fargari Mahli said that being in the supervision of the Supreme Court is the best thing to do. He said that if there is no political interference in this matter, then there can definitely be a solution. Sunni cleric said that every resident of the country wants to solve this issue.
