New Delhi: The Supreme Court is hearing a plea on Rafael Deal`s plea on Thursday. During the hearing in the court, Attorney General KK Venugopal said that the report of the CAG which was filed in the court, there were no papers in it. The initial three pages were not included in the report. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said that you are talking about the privilege of the documents. But, for that you have to present the right logic.

- The Supreme Court has reserved its decision on the documents submitted by the government on the Rafael Deal.
- Justice Joseph told the attorney general that the documents are being talked about. We do not know about them. What are those documents that we can not even see? At the Attorney General said that those documents can be seen. It is clear in this deal that it is a deal between governments, so it is not fair to say prices.
- Prashant Bhushan said that the same happened in 2G. An unknown person had given the entry register of the former CBI director Ranjit Sinha`s house. Bhushan also mentioned the meetings of the accused in relation to 2G and Coal scam. However, the court has refused to accept this argument.
- On behalf of the Central Government, Attorney General said that Rafael is a matter between two governments. Therefore, we had asked the CAG not to mention the price in the report.
- On this, Prashant Bhushan said that there has been corruption in it, so the government wants that the court should not interfere in it.
- Senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan argued in the Supreme Court that if the documents were stolen, why did not the government register FIR? According to its requirements the government has been exposing these documents. How does the government know what will happen in the CAG report?
