The residents of the society had earlier complained to the Authority regarding the issue. However, the owner claims that he has paid for the lawn.An inspection was conducted a few days ago, and it was found that unauthorised construction was being done by the owner of flat no. A-104, and iron rods and wooden planks were placed in the common area. In this regard, you are directed to clear the lawn within 15 days and inform the Authority, failing which strict action will be taken against you under the provisions of the Noida Building Regulations, read the notice issued by the Noida Authority. It is a lawn for which we have paid. We have informed the officials about this and filed defamation cases against several residents who have wrongly put posts on X (erstwhile Twitter), defaming us. The owner, however, claimed that he had made a temporary structure in his lawn for his childrens safety after purchasing the land from the builder. The map of the condominium on the UP-Rera portal marks the section as a common area. As per the UP-Apartment Act and RERA guidelines, the promoter must maintain all common areas and facilities until a residents welfare association (RWA) is formed in the society.
