PATNA: Claiming that his party’s alliance with CM Nitish Kumar-led JD (U) was on a solid footing, BJP president Amit Shah on Thursday said the strength of NDA had not reduced due to the exit of TDP from the alliance as Nitish returned to its fold.“Though the BJP was on a winning spree in the state assembly elections after Narendra Modi assumed office as PM, it lost the assembly elections in Bihar. However, we succeeded in forming government in Bihar with Nitish Babu. This alliance is here to last,” Shah said while addressing booth-level functionaries of the party at Bapu Sabhagar here.Though Shah avoided mentioning ticklish issues like seat-sharing among the NDA partners, he rubbished the opposition claims of differences within the alliance. “There is no dispute whatsoever between the NDA partners in the state.
