CUSB to shift to new campus after 10 days

The staff members are given conveyance allowance and, as such, they will have to make their own arrangements to commute to and from their workplace, said the VC.According to the sources, about 1,200 students are enrolled in different courses offered by the university, including five-year integrated course in education and law. But the two hostels located on the new campus can accommodate only 700 students. The remaining students will have to make their own arrangements.The VC made it clear that the CUSB was not a residential university and, as such, the university authorities were under no obligation to provide hostel accommodation to each and every student. Seats available in the two hostels will be allotted strictly on the basis of merit, said Rathore.As for the menu at the hostel mess, Rathore said both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options would be available to the boarders.
