While two were lodged by police itself, one was lodged by on basis of the statement recorded by the injured DSP and another was lodged by a passer-by Sunil Kumar whose vehicle was damaged in the rampage.Khan, while talking to TOI over phone on Monday said that SIT would gather evidences against all those booked in the four FIRs to take legal action against them on basis of evidences.“The SIT would also take action into all those who had acted and conspired from behind the curtains by provoking the trainees for rampage,” Khan said adding further action against any police personnel or officer would be taken on basis of SIT’s investigation.He said that the SIT was formed for proper investigation of the rampage and no time frame have been set for completion of investigation.More than 100 of constables had virtually revolved against their senior police officers after one of their colleague Savita Kumari Pathak (22) died allegedly of high fever at a private hospital at Boring Canal Road on wee hours of November 2.Hours after, they all went on rampage and attempted to lynch police lines DSP Mohammad Mashluddin for allegedly denying leave to Pathak.
