MUZAFFARPUR: Muzaffarpur shelter home rape case prime accused Brajesh Thakur may land in fresh trouble following the order of district magistrate Md Sohail to the sub-registrar for initiating legal action against him for forging documents related to rent agreement with his mother to run the Balika Griha (children home for girls) on Sahu Road in Muzaffarpur town.Thakur and his 11 associates, along with three government officials have been arrested so far in the case related to sexual abuse of 44 minor girls of the shelter home.The DM has directed the sub-registrar after the secretary of the NGO--Seva, Sankalp Evam Vikas Samiti’-- Ramesh Kumar, handed over a written complaint on Monday to the DM against a notice served on him for confiscation of property.He stated in his application that he was never a part of any NGO in any capacity. I have come to know that I used to pay rent to Manorama Devi for hiring her place to run the Balika Griha.
