Everything is not going well in the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar. Statements between its two constituents, the Janata Dal United (JDU) and the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), are going on. LJP leader and Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan, along with himself and Lalu Prasad Yadav, as well as Nitish Kumar, is the leader of the past, telling Chirag Paswan the future. Also, do not miss to say that Chirag has the ability to become the Chief Minister. Amidst all these things, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is silent.

The question is, what is the reason for this quarrel? After all, what does Chirag Paswan want?

The Assembly elections in Bihar are to be held by the end of this year. However, the LJP is not currently in favor of elections in the Korena era. Chirag is also in favor of the Common Minimum Program in the NDA. He is also busy creating his own identity apart from Nitish Kumar`s shadow in Bihar NDA with the slogan `Bihar First Bihari First`. The biggest thing, which is the biggest reason for his tension with JDU is the seat-sharing in the assembly elections. All other reasons are seen revolving around this.

Sources reveal that the LJP wants an early allocation of seats, as the election is more likely to be held on time, given the mood of the Election Commission. The LJP wants to contest more seats this time. According to Chirag, BJP President Amit Shah has assured him to give 42 seats in the assembly elections. On the other hand JDU national general secretary KC Tyagi says that his alliance is with BJP and not with LJP. In the 2010 assembly elections, JDU contested 142 seats and BJP 101 seats. According to sources, this time JDU is seeking 130 seats from 123, it wants to give remaining seats to BJP. If BJP wants to give LJP out of its seats. Chirag Paswan has become a constant attacker on Nitish Kumar, angry with this. Once they have also spoken about preparing to fight in all 243 seats.

LJP does not want elections during CoronaVirus Epidemic and Flood. Ram Vilas Paswan says that the number of corona infections in Bihar is increasing. Also, people are getting migrated due to floods. The election should be postponed for a few days in view of the threat to life. It is necessary to postpone the election to ensure fair elections and the fundamental right of every person to vote. Looking at the possibility of President`s Rule if there is no election, the LJP says that even if the President has to impose the rule, it is appropriate to postpone the election. JDU, on the other hand, does not want that.

In such a situation, there are attacks from both sides. Chirag and Ram Vilas Paswan are surrounded by Nitish Kumar on the law and order and good governance issues in Bihar. On Wednesday also, when the LJP surrounded Nitish Kumar citing Prime Minister Narendra Modi`s (PM Narendra Modi) talk of increasing the investigation of Karona, then the attack started again. This time, JDU`s Marcha was handled by Lalan Singh, who is considered close to Nitish Kumar in the party. Before this, Chirag has raised every issue, which hurt the image of Nitish Kumar. This sequence started from the time of his Bihar visit.

KC Tyagi says that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President JP Nadda have clarified many times that the NDA will contest elections in Bihar under Nitish Kumar. In such a situation, raising the question of LJP will give the issue to the opposition. No one can be allowed to weaken the NDA. On Virag`s demand for a minimum common program in the NDA, KC Tyagi asked why the LJP does not ask the central government for this?

The question is, what does Chirag want after all? Chirag wants to become an alternative in Bihar`s politics, this is evident from the words of his father Ram Vilas Paswan. Ram Vilas Paswan has said that the future belongs to the youth and he, Lalu and Nitish are now becoming the past. Ram Vilas Paswan is now exploring the possibility of Chirag as being qualified to be the Chief Minister. Chirag is not in a hurry now. He is on the path of politics after the prospects of Nitish Kumar. But for this, it is necessary to emerge as a strong in the assembly elections. Therefore LJP is doing politics of pressure for more and more seats.
