JDU MLA from Shivahar Sharfuddin`s vehicle was attacked by anti-social elements late on Friday night. The case is related to Mesouda village of Piprahi police station in the district. The MLA was returning from a supporter`s house late night after dinner. 

An FIR has been lodged at Piprahi police station on the statement of the MLA`s driver in the case. Police in this case Eight people including Vamik have been arrested. Mo. The possible candidates of the Vamik assembly are being told.

Piparahi Police Station Awadhesh Kumar said that the MLA`s driver in the FIR has told that the MLA was returning from his supporter`s house in Mesaudha village after eating a banquet. In this sequence, anti-social elements attacked him by making flock. His vehicle was badly damaged by the attackers. In this regard, Mo. of Mahuva village of Piprahi police station. Eight people including Vamik have been arrested. You know that mo Bamik is a likely candidate for the assembly elections. He is also making frequent visits to the area.

When asked about this, Shivhar SP Santosh Kumar said that all aspects are being investigated. Video footage of the incident is also being viewed. There have been no injuries in the attack. In the FIR, 40 - 50 people are accused of assault with dung-mud and damaged the vehicle.
