In Bihar, the Disaster Management Department has alerted the District Magistrates in view of warning of heavy rains. On Tuesday, Principal Secretary of the department Suffix Amrit and Water Resources Secretary Sanjeev Hans asked to ensure necessary action by videoconferencing with the District Magistrates.

According to the information, the Meteorological Department has warned of moderate to heavy rains in the state from September 23 to 27. Especially after September 24, with the heavy rains in many districts of North Bihar, there is also the possibility of thunderclap.

The Disaster Management Department had already asked the districts to make necessary preparations to deal with it. In the video conferencing on Tuesday, the Principal Secretary also reviewed the preparations. Said the people to make an administrative appeal not to come out during this period. Directed to warn people not to get out of homes through miking.
