10 people died, including the head of the health department, from Corona. All these were being treated in AIIMS. Four out of ten were residents of Patna. Six others included two Bhojpur, one Saran, one Lakhisarai, one Sonpur and one infected with Sheikhpura.

Director chief Dr. Umeshwar Prasad Verma was suffering from many diseases. 67-year-old Verma had already had several serious illnesses with sugar, thyroid. He was a resident of Saket Vihar, Mitra Mandal Colony, Phulwari. 

The other dead in Patna include Lalan Prasad of RPS Colony, Pawan Kumar of Flood and Ehsan Alam of Mughalpura-Sampathak. A total of 12 infected admitted to AIIMS on Tuesday while 10 were discharged and 10 died. The total number of admitted patients is 145. 

Patna A total of 170 infected were found in Patna on Tuesday. The total number of infected has reached 27313. There are 2131 active infected people while 25080 have become healthy. The percentage of recovery is still at 92. Civil surgeon Dr. Vibha Kumari said that the percentage of corona infection in Patna district is 7.61. This means that about 7 percent of those being investigated are found to be infected. At the same time, the percentage of antibodies in urban area is about 8.1 percent while in rural area it is 5.8. A total of 34 people were found infected in PMCH including a doctor from Kankarbagh, a technician from a microbiology department, 2 support staff. Principal said that 43 patients are admitted in Kovid ward while three were discharged.
