Seven prisoner escape from Danapur, police engaged in raids

There has been a stir in the administration of Patna due to the absconding of seven prisoners at a time. It is being told that all the absconding prisoners are accused in Sigodi police station case number 72/21 of Patna district.

In Bihar`s capital Patna, information is being received that seven prisoners escaped from police custody. The Danapur court had ordered everyone to be sent to jail.

There has been a stir in the administration of Patna due to the absconding of seven prisoners at a time. It is being told that all the absconding prisoners are accused in Sigodi police station case number 72/21 of Patna district.

The Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate-III in the Danapur Behavior Court has ordered the Danapur police station to register a separate FIR in this regard.

According to the information received from the court, Sonu Yadav, Lallu Yadav, Siddhanath Yadav, Upendra Yadav (children of all four Jata Yadav), Chandan Kumar, Mukul Kumar, and Raj Kumar Yadav (the children of the remaining three Siddhanth Yadav) are among those who escaped.

All the accused belong to the same family. All of them are residents of Narauli Madhiya village of Sigodi police station in Patna district.

Sigodi in charge SHO said that as soon as the information about the prisoner absconding from the Danapur court was received from the senior officers, along with the police force of several police stations, raids have been started by laying siege to the village of the accused.

Police have questioned many relatives of the accused. According to the police officers, police personnel in plainclothes have been deployed at the places of relatives at places on the behest of relatives.

According to the information received, there was an incident of assault and firing between two parties over a power dispute in Naroli village of Sigodi police station. An FIR was registered against more than a dozen people in this case.

Disturbed by the police raid, the seven named accused in the case surrendered in the Danapur Behavioral Court on Tuesday. The court had ordered everyone to be sent to jail along with giving them in police custody. When the policemen were taking them near the prisoners vehicle, then all of them escaped.

According to the people associated with the court, all of them had surrendered in the hope of getting bail from the court.

But the court allowed him to be sent to jail. Here, the policemen were not bothered by their side that these people had surrendered themselves. Taking advantage of this misunderstanding, everyone ran away.

As soon as the information about their absconding was received, the police of many police stations including Danapur police were engaged in the investigation.

Senior police officers are continuously monitoring it. In this case, great negligence of the police is coming to the fore and many policemen are believed to be punished.
