Examination is being held at nine centers in Patna

The first shift will be from 10 to 01 while the second shift exam will be held from 02 to 05. It will be till 31st July. Nine centers have been set up for the examination in the capital. Corona guidelines are being strictly followed at the examination centers.

Bihar Public Service Commission`s 66th Combined Mains Exam (BPSC 66th Combined Mains Exam) started on Thursday (29th July). The exam is being held in two shifts.

The first shift will be from 10 to 01 while the second shift exam will be held from 02 to 05. It will be till 31st July. Nine centers have been set up for the examination in the capital. Corona guidelines are being strictly followed at the examination centers.

According to the notification issued by BPSC, on the first day on July 29, the examination of General Hindi and General Studies 1 (General Hindi and General Studies Paper 1) is being conducted.

The next day, on July 30, the General Studies Paper 2 exam will be held. It will be from 10 to 01. At the same time, on July 31, the optional subject exam will be taken from 02 to 05.

8700 candidates are appearing in the examination being held at nine centers in Patna. College of Commerce, JD Women`s College, AN College, TPS College, Patna High School, Ramlakhan Singh Yadav High School, Government School Gardanibagh and BD College have been made centers for the examination.

Officers of police administration have been deployed to make the examination malpractice-free and peaceful.

Let us inform that this examination is being conducted to fill 731 posts in various departments. Of these, 169 posts are reserved for women. Earlier the date of examination was fixed on June 5.

But the exam was postponed due to the second wave of Corona. Now this exam is being taken keeping in mind the precautions of Corona. Masks have been made mandatory for the candidates. Arrangements have also been made to follow physical distance at the centres.
