Sham-e-Awadh Food Festival is being organized by Hotel Gargi Grand in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Customers will be able to taste the best of the flavors of Awadh (UP) in this food festival starting from 22nd August.

The festival will start from August 22, 2021 and will run till September 5, 2021. Along with this, this food festival is also starting in Rajgir and Hotel Gargi Grand located in Aurangabad.

The purpose of organizing this food festival is to introduce the people of our state to the special dishes of other states of the country.

According to the information, people are enjoying this 15-day long food festival. This festival is a unique initiative for the people of Bihar, which is completely new and attractive for the people of the state.

The hotel`s chef Zakir said that during this food festival, customers will be able to enjoy welcome drinks, desserts, soups, veg and non-veg starters and main courses.

He said that we are going to serve the customers with special tadka of Awadhi delicacies which include Kala Khatta Mocktail, Sattu Ka Sharbat, Tandoori Phal Ka Nazrana, Check Ka Tikka, Galouti Kebab, Murg Awadhi Tikka, Murg Tikka Mirza Hasnu, Awadhi Chicken Dozens of dishes are included including Mutton Biryani, Cashew Kumbh Kadhai, Dal-e-Awadh, Inverted Tawa Paratha, Sheermal, Shahi Tukda, Malai Ki Gilori.
