CM lays foundation stone for construction of double decker flyover, know how Ashok Rajpath will be jam-free

The foundation stone of the first double-decker flyover of the capital Patna and the second of Bihar`s flyover was laid by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today. In a program organized at Kargil Chowk in Patna, the CM unveiled the curtain of the stone plaque remotely.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday laid the foundation stone for the construction of Double Decker Elevated Road from Kargil Chowk to Science College via PMCH. With this, now the foundation stone was laid to get rid of the jam on Ashok Rajpath in Patna.

This double-decker flyover is expected to be completed within the next three years.

During this, the Chief Minister said that in view of the crowd, a decision was taken to build a double-decker flyover. The construction of a double decker bridge will bring convenience to the people.

In the foundation stone laying program, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that this flyover would be ready in the next three years. After which people will have a lot of convenience in commuting.

CM said that we have made many ROBs and flyovers in Patna. He also appealed to the media and said that you must show the difference between 2005 and earlier.

If it works, it`s also nice to see. Let us tell you that Rs 422 crore will be spent on the construction of this double-decker elevated road of about 2020 meters to be built in Patna.

The construction of a double-decker elevated road from Kargil Chowk to Science College via PMCH will eliminate the problem of jam in Ashok Rajpath. Coming to PMCH will be easy. There will be the facility for commuting through the double-decker elevated road to be built. For this, there will be connectivity to multilevel parking near the main gate of PMCH.

The process of soil testing for the construction has started. From Kargil Chowk to Science College via PMCH, the work of soil testing will be done by barricading from place to place.

In Double Decker Elevated Road, you will have to go from the second floor and come from the first floor. People will use the second-floor road to go from Kargil Chowk to Science College. At the same time, to come from Science College to Kargil Chowk, we will come from the first-floor road.

An official source of the corporation told that PMCH will go from the second floor going from Kargil Chowk side. If they have to come back to Kargil Chowk, they will be able to go from the first floor.
