The whole matter is related to the construction of roads. Temples are getting obstructed in road construction. There were 25 temples between Pabhera to Sadiqpur State Highway. Out of this, 6 were shifted to another place.

There is no space for 19 temples. Due to this the road construction is getting delayed. The plan for widening the Patna-Masaudhi road was approved in 2018. In the first phase of this SH, 16 km from Pabheda to Sadiqpur was planned to be constructed and 22 km in the second phase.

Under the plan, the work of four-lane road from Bairia to Masauri was to be completed. In the first phase, due to the widening of the road from Sadiqpur to Pabhera, the work was stopped due to the presence of 25 temples.

Out of these, 6 temples were shifted to another place but 10 in Masaudhi subdivision area and 9 temples in Patna City subdivision area are not getting space for removal. Instructions have been given to shift the temples coming in the road construction area and consecrate the idol.

In this path project, along with the rehabilitation of Dalit Tola, the boundary of the Block Office and Sai Government School is falling in Dhanrua. Both have to be broken. In Dhanrua, some ryots have filed petitions in the High Court challenging the government`s claim of encroachment. The construction has come to a standstill waiting for the court`s decision.

In Sampatchak, a proposal has been sought to provide government land to rehabilitate the Mahadalit tola or to purchase land from the Mahadalit scheme.
