Even if you have been vaccinated to prevent corona infection, there is a need to be cautious. Even after taking the vaccine to prevent corona infection, a doctor of Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Science (IGIMS) became corona infected again.

The doctor is working as an assistant professor in the Department of Gynecology, IGIMS. It is said that he was given the first corona vaccine in January 2021 and the second in March.

Earlier, she had tested positive for COVID in the first week of May and recovered in the third week. Meanwhile, on Wednesday, she got high fever and on Friday she had severe body ache.

On Saturday the fever subsided, but there was no smell and taste. After this, corona infection was investigated on Monday. In this she was found corona infected. Along with this, her husband, son and housekeeper have also been found infected.

There can be a lot of change in the figure of not taking the second dose of corona vaccination. Contrary to the figures, most medical workers and frontline workers have taken the second dose of the vaccine.

Due to lack of information, they are being shown deprived due to taking second dose at other centers from other mobile numbers. Civil surgeon Dr. Vibha Kumari Singh gave this information on Monday. She told that on calling the concerned people it came to know that most of them have taken the second dose long back.

However, some ASHA workers, who have not yet taken the second dose, are being called and instructed to take the vaccine in a two-day special campaign.

Six months have passed since the Corona vaccination campaign started. Despite this, many of the medical workers and frontline workers who were vaccinated on a priority basis, have not taken the second dose. According to the recently released data from the district administration, Patna was 18th in health workers and fourth in vaccination of frontline workers.

Earlier, on August 24, the State Health Committee had issued a letter directing everyone to give the second dose in three days. In this regard, the civil surgeon says that many people have taken the second dose of the vaccine at another center on another phone number.
