Patna, the capital of Bihar, is once again ashamed of the gang rape incident. The incident was carried out in a big hotel in the capital, where an event anchor was gang-raped by two people.

The matter was on the late night of July 2 when this shameful incident was carried out in room number 512 of a big hotel. But when the victim returned to Howrah and lodged an FIR, the matter came to light.

The allegation of gangrape is on Harsh Ranjan of Muzaffarpur and his partner Vikrant Kejriwal. There is also an allegation against both of them that on the next day of the rape, on July 3, while leaving the hotel from Patna Junction, the victim was forcibly fed contraceptive pills in the car around Fraser Road.

On July 3, the married victim anchor reached Howrah from Patna Junction. After this she told everything to her husband. Then she along with her husband lodged a case of gang rape against both the accused in Jadavpur police station on July 4.

The matter was big, so the Bengal Police immediately registered a zero FIR in the case and sent it to the Gandhi Maidan police station in Patna. After this, FIR case number 338/21 was registered at Gandhi Maidan police station and action was initiated.

As soon as the gang rape report was registered, the ASI of Gandhi Maidan police station spoke to the victim anchor over phone and recorded her statement. At the same time, after recording her statement on July 17, the victim reached Patna from Kolkata on July 29, where her statement was also recorded in the court. According to Gandhi Maidan Thanedar, the police also went to Muzaffarpur to arrest both the accused but they have absconded. Both of them have also switched off their mobiles since the incident.
