The Secrataries will hold periodic review meetings and intervene wherever required. The registration authorities must seek the advice of the Revenue Department committees in case of complaints, to avoid parallel registration and consequential litigation. In cases of possession disputes, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate enjoys the power of attachment under section 145 of CrPC. A help desk at Police Headquarters will operate to receive complaints from French nationals and forward for on land disputes and to them to the advisory committees for fair hearing of all parties concerned. The press note mentioned a training program will be organised by for all concerned officers to ensure clarity for the existing orders.
