Fresh cases on Wednesday pushed the UTs total cases tally to 1,11,684.
The cumulative death toll has reached 1,668 after 11 people died of the disease in the last 24-hours.
The active cases tally has mounted to 6,156.
The Puducherry headquarters received the highest 322 new Covid-19 cases, followed by Karaikal (83), Yanam (5) and Mahe (19).
Director of the Health and Family Welfare department, S Mohan Kumar said that 35,940 vaccine doses have been given to health workers and 22,590 frontline workers. At the same time, 1.98 lakh people in all age groups have been vaccinated.
The official said that 967 patients have also recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours, bringing the total recoveries to 103,860.
The Health Department tested 9,159 samples in the last 24-hours.
UT recorded a test positivity rate (TPR) of 4.68%.
The recovery rate in the UT reached 92.99%, while death rate was recorded at 1.49%.
