400 families stranded sans flats after payment

They had been promised possession of the flats in 2012.Londhe had promised to deliver 608 apartments in 38 residential complexes in Morya Park. Close to 400 middle-class families are staring at the bleak possibility of their life’s savings getting stuck in a housing project that might never materialise. They are fighting a battle against a builder who had promised to give them possession of their purchased homes six years back. Depending on what the builder says, we will take further action against him.”Several attempts to reach Londhe proved futile. We are all middle class people who have earned money with hard work and honesty.
