A hunt is on for the third suspect involved in the murder.Sirsat (32), who had filed several RTI applications with the PMRDA relating to illegal constructions in the fringe areas, was reported missing since January 30 from his construction site at Narhe and his body was recovered from a valley at Mutha village on the Pirangut–Lavasa Road on Monday night.Based on his information, the Pune Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (PMRDA) had demolished many buildings in Narhe–Ambegaon belt off the Katraj–Dehu road bypass that links the Pune-Bengaluru highway.Sirsat's family members claimed that the police had neglected their case over the last few days despite repeated requests. Sirsat was an active member of Republican Party of India (A).His father Sudhakar Kondiba Kshirsat (52) had lodged a missing person complaint with the Bharati Vidyapeeth police station on January 30 and a formal complaint of kidnapping was registered on February 5. His sites are going on in Narhe and Ambegaon areas.”He is married to Urmila, and was staying with his mother Ashabai, father Kondiba, brother Kishor, sister and sister-in-law.He said that his brother had filed several RTI applications with the various government agencies to track down the illegal constructions located in the areas of Narhe, Bhugaon, Ambegaon, Shivane, Uttamnagar, Kondhwe-Dhavade and suburban areas.“After obtaining information of illegal constructions in these areas, he used to approach PMRDA and other regulatory authorities. He used to follow up his queries with the concerned authorities. Due to his pursuance, many illegal buildings were demolished by the PMRDA and other authorities,” Kishor said.
