He also took out his cell phone and started taking photographs of the police towing van which did not have side indicators and mirrors.On this, the woman constable asked him to complaint about the van to the senior police officers. Policemen were fining the vehicle owners who had parked their vehicles in the no parking area.Neither Gaikwad violated any traffic rule nor did policemen ask him halt at the spot. He voluntarily halted on the spot. Instead of stopping his action, he continued to take photographs and also did not allow policemen to take action against the errant motorists.Police have arrested Gaikwad under Section 353 (Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty) of the Indian Penal Code.
