It would be difficult for parents to source the books from various vendors; therefore we merely suggested them to buy the materials from a particular vendor. The same books are available in the market as well. To maintain uniformity, we have the school's logo printed on the notebooks."She added, "We have not received any legal notice as of now. Even before this academic year, it has been an usual practice for parents to buy books and stationery from the school. Also, regarding music class, it is again not a compulsion but a choice. For other students, we have arrangements for various other extra-curricular activities. The school management is also speaking to parents and taking cognisance of their complaints."
