He said the retailers who have complaints against distributors can also have their issues addressed by calling the representatives.“We will hear both parties out — the customer and retailer or retailer and distributor — and try to resolve the issue amicably.

Also, ‘grahak sanghs’ which exist in many areas in the city will be strengthened. A committee will be formed alongside the ‘grahak sanghs’ to address consumer complaints,” Nivangune said.
