Men are more annoying as colleagues as compared to women, the findings show. Pune: Almost an hour of office time is lost everyday in dealing with 'annoying' colleagues, say respondents of a survey conducted by TimesJobs.com about what hampers workplace productivity.According to the survey, cultural mismatch plagues almost 60% employees who feel intrusive coworkers interrupt their work and are the biggest drain on their performance and productivity. Besides, mid-level employees are the most irritating type, as expressed by 42% of those surveyed. The survey was conducted by TimesJobs.com, a flagship business of Times Business Solutions, for which more than 1,400 working professionals were interviewed across the country to find out what coworker habits annoys them the most.Forty percent respondents of the survey stated colleagues who invade their private space are the most annoying. "Candidates must review all aspects such as organizational culture, work-life balance and growth prospects that are critical to professional success with its extensive repository of company reviews and ratings.
