PUNE: In a major, state-wide reshuffle in the police department, the Maharashtra government has transferred 137 officers. The order was issued on Thursday night.According to the transfer order, Sunil Ramanand, who was posted in Pune as the joint commissioner of police will now join the state criminal investigation department (CID) in Pune. Vitthal Jadhav, the special inspector general of police in Amravati has been transferred to the prisons department here.Solapur police commisisoner Ravindra Sengaonkar has been transferred to Pune police as additional commissioner of police (south region).
