Tribal development dept sets better ashramshala goal

"The department is bound to comply with the directions of he high court," it stated.The affidavit stated that ashramshalas across the state have filled 94% of the women superintendents' posts till end of August, 80% of the aided Ashram schools' seats and 90% toilet and drainage facilities have been set up. The affidavit also highlighted that seven ashramshalas in Taloda have been provided power through solar panels.In the affidavit, Verma also stated that the department has tied up with the National Stock Exchange to set up cleanliness facilities at 170 ashramshalas over the next three years.The affidavit also mentions support to several government schemes under Unicef and Rajmata Jijau Mother Child Nurturing Mission, for which 2,500 teachers have been trained in life skills.
