Four thieves arrested with stolen valuables Accused thieves along with stolen valuables in custody of police. Staff Reporter : RAIPUR With the arrest of four persons Tilda-Neora police on Sunday claimed to have cracked a case of theft and recovered valuables worth Rs 1 lakh from their possession. In connection with theft took place at a cement plant at Baikunth under Tilda-Neora police station limits on March 5 police have arrested four persons identified as Uttam Kumar Nishad (24) Bhushan Prasad Yadav (26) Dhaneshwar Nirmalkar (32) and Hariram Yadu (20) all residents of Raipur. From the possession of arrested accused thieves police have recovered a stolen copper tube worth Rs 1 lakh. Besides police have also seized a tractor (CG 04 MG 0952) and trolley (CG 04 L 3063) used in the crime added police sources. Police sources further informed that the accused were produced in a local court from where they were sent to judicial custody. An offence in this connection was registered with Tilda-Neora police station under Sections 379 (punishment for theft) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) added police sources.
