Staff Reporter ; DURG On Monday evening at Collector Dr Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure bungalow a snakebit an employee. The employee was immediately admitted to district hospital for treatment while member of Nova Nature rescued the snake that bit the employee. During this the collector couple appreciated the work being done by Nova Nature. As per information on Monday evening a snake bit an employee working in Collectors bungalow. Employee Rupesh Yadav who was bit by snake was immediately admitted at the district hospital he has been kept under observation for 24 hours in the district hospital. In the event of snakebite action would be taken as per medical advice. While Nova Nature was contacted immediately to rescue the snake where Avinash Maurya of Nova Nautre rescued the snake safely. After the rescue Avinash informed about the snake that this snake is not venomous it is water snake called Dhodhia in Hindi. This snake mostly lives in water and has a tendency to bite. But it does not contain any kind of poison it bites with its entire jaw teeth whereas poisonous snakebite with only two teeth. Rashmi Bhure wife of Durg Collector Dr Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure while appreciating for the work being done by the members of Nova Nature said that Avinash Maurya rescued the snake safely and made everyone aware about the snake. It is not worthy that as soon as the monsoon starts snakes start coming out of peoples homes. Because in the place where the snake lives those burrows get filled with water due to rain. Because of which snakes comes out and enters peoples homes to save themselves and get their food.
