Moved by swimmers’ Jal Satyagrah, SAI to train Chhattisgarh kids

Swimmers developed skin infections and most of them withdrew their names from national competitions.State Department of Sports had written to collector to ensure there was no sewerage water passed into lake and that swimmers should be encouraged to go for trial at Sports Academy.Later, SAI took cognizance of the issue and wrote to sports department that chidlren won't have to practice in lake anymore and a team of officials would be on visit to Durg and would select students to provide them better swimming training in Sports Academy and their basic needs would also be taken care of.
