Rajkot: Nanu Balech, a forest tracker was attacked by a lion in Dalkhania range of Dhari taluka at Amreli late night on Wednesday. While moving in the farm, the lion attacked Balech. He was admitted to Dhari hospital where his condition is said to be stable.Balech was investigating a complaint by mango orchid owner Lalji Savalia that a lion had been camping at his farm since long time.According to sources, on Wednesday night, lion trackers were trying to trace the lion and shoot it with a tranquillizer gun. Sources said that Balech received injuries on the neck, legs and on the back.
