Rajkot: The 55-year-old resident of Bedi area of Jamnagar who was beaten up by six assailants on June 19 died during treatment at GG Hospital in Jamnagar on Wednesday night.Police said the victim, identified as Noor Mamad Sodha, was thrashed by Kasam Ker, Harun Ker, Dado Ker, Faruq Ker, Abbas Ker and Karim Ker who had attacked him with bats.According to the details of the case, Sodha’s niece Kherun was on her way home on the evening of June 19 when she was waylaid by the accused who picked up a fight with her.
