RAJKOT: The monsoon has covered the half of Saurashtra, which received moderate rain on Wednesday. The districts that got rain were Junagadh, Rajkot, Gir Somnath, Amreli and Bhavnagar.The most rainfall was recorded in Junagadh district. In Amreli district, Vadia taluka received 33mm of rain, Dhari 19mm and Bagasara 10mm. The department has also forecast medium to heavy rain between July 11 and July 14 in Jamnagar district , between July 11 and July 15 in Surendranagar district, and in the same period in Amreli district. In Rajkot district, Jamkandorana received 57mm while Gondal and Dhoraji got 10mm of rain.In Gir Somnath district, Kodinar and Gir Gadhada talukas received 40 mm, Talala 29mm and Una 16mm of rainfall.
