Disabled bootlegger arrested

Rajkot: A handicapped bootlegger was arrested with 36 bottles of Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL), worth Rs 10,800, from Ghogha Road in Bhavnagar on Thursday. Police said the accused, identified as Sanjay Parmar, a resident of Adodiavaas in Bhavnagar, had allegedly hid the IMFL bottles in the boot of his two-wheeler.“During interrogation, Parmar said that as he was confident that no one would doubt him for being a bootlegger as he was handicapped, he had got into bootlegging,” said an official from Ghogha Road police station.
