Rajkot: The arrest of a 29-year-old man with pistol and cartridges worth Rs 20,000 in Jamnagar looks to be a bigger conspiracy of illegally smuggling arms into the state.On Tuesday, Jamnagar police arrested three more persons with weapons and two of them named Juned Chauhan alias Junio, who was nabbed on Sunday night. He too named Juned.Police suspect that Juned and his accomplice Moiuddin alias Moin Yusuf Chaki from Morbi had smuggled in a big consignment of weapons into the state. Raza told police that had purchased the weapon from one Feroz alias Bhaiji.Later, police nabbed Salim Sahid Sumra, 24 with a country-made pistol and cartridges and he named Juned as the supplier.
