Rajkot: The state’s biggest Tarnetar fair will be organized from September 12-15 at Tarnetar village in Than taluka of Surendranagar district. A cattle exhibition will also be organized at the fair. Different cultural programs have also been planned at the fair. The district administration has organized rural Olympics during the fair where games like volleyball, kabbaddi, tug-of-war, coconut throwing, Matla Daud (running while balancing a pot on the head) and cattle race will be played.
