Rajkot: A victim of a clash that happened at a garba venue in Morbi succumbed to the injuries at a hospital in Ahmedabad on Sunday. This led to the clash,” said an official from Morbi A-Division police station. The clash erupted after two groups hurled abuses at each other during garba.The victim Jairaj Gogra (21) was clubbed by 12 accused led by Harpalsinh, Hardevsinh, Dilipsinh, Mahipalsinh, Deepaksinh and Pallav Rawal.In his complaint, Jairaj’s brother Jaideep (19) said that the accused had attacked him, Jairaj and their brother Jigo, harbouring a grudge over an old enmity.“In his cross-complaint, Naran Bharwad, who was the organizer of garba, alleged that the Gogra brothers were shouting invectives during garba and when he told them not to use abusive language, Jaideep and Jairaj threatened him with knives.
