Following this information, we kept a watch, seized the truck with the liquor bottles and arrested Parmar,” said an official from the state vigilance department.However, four bootleggers, identified as Ashwin Dhokadia, Kishor Vaghela, Salim Chorwada and Rasool, gave the police the slip and vanished into the cover of darkness.“We have launched a manhunt for the absconding bootleggers.
