The complainant had approached the mamlatdar who passed an order, granting the complainant permission to take possession of the remaining land on which no encroachment had been committed.The complainant had approached Bhadoria for police protection.
RAJKOT: The Rajkot anti-corruption bureau (ACB) officials recovered Rs 2.61 lakh in cash from the house of Shailendrasinh Bhadoria on Wednesday night.Bhadoria, a sub-inspector with Kalyanpur police station in Devbhoomi Dwarka district, was caught accepting Rs 3 lakh bribe on Wednesday.“We will probe the details of Bhadoria’s bank accounts and the assets and properties he had acquired during his tenure,” said H P Doshi, deputy superintendent of police at the Rajkot anti-corruption bureau (ACB).Bhadoria had demanded the money from the complainant for giving him police protection for carrying out fencing around his land.
