Neeta succumbed to head injuries at government hospital.In both cases the parents did not allow post mortem and recording of police complaint, said police. the boy could not even shout for help. Palanpur: Two children including a girl died in Mehsana and Deesa of Banskantha respectively in kite flying related incident on Monday.An eight-year-old Tehjitkhan Pathan died after the glass-coated kite flying thread manja slit her throat in Lohar Chakla locality of Kasba area in Mehsana.According to police, the incidence took place when the boy went out his house to buy snacks from a nearby shop.
