Rajkot: A 50-year-old man was arrested late evening on Monday for allegedly molesting a six-year-old girl in Kalawad town of Jamnagar.The accused, Vinod Parmar, lives in the same neighbourhood as the girl. The incident took place on Sunday but came to light on Monday after the girl told her parents about the ordeal.According to police, Parmar had lured the girl using chocolates to his house where he allegedly molested her. She told about the incident to her mother only on Monday.Following the revelation, the girl’s parents lodged a police complaint leading to Parmar’s arrest late evening on Monday. However, the girl did not inform her parents the same day.
