Rajkot: Rapar police are searching the youth who was seen being beaten up after being tied to a pole in a video that has gone viral on social media. The victim used to send WhatsApp messages to the girl belonging to the accused’s family, according to the statements of people of Kanthaddhar locality of Rapar. Though the identity of the accused have been ascertained, we don’t know anything about the victim as his face has been blurred in the video,” said L L Chawda, inspector of Rapar police station. “This is a week old video.
