Rajkot: A local court in Bhachau in Kutch on Tuesday issued arrest warrant against BJP leader and former MLAChhabil Patel in connection with the murder of another BJP leader Jayanti Bhanushali last month.Patel is the prime suspect in the murder of Bhanushali who was shot dead in a moving train on January 8.Public prosecutor had demanded arrest warrant on grounds that Patel had fled out of country before Bhanushali’s murder.The railway police approached the court after all attempts to summon him failed. If he is not arrested he will be declares absconder and thereafter we can initiate process to issue red corner notice against him.”A woman named Manisha Goswami and Patel are prime accused in the murder case, however till date none of the accused have been arrested.Bhanushali was gunned down in first AC coach of Sayajinagari Express on January 8 between Gandhidham and Samakhilya railway stations in Kutch.
