Visiting time increased in Mahatma museum

Rajkot: Visitors’ timings at Mahatma Gandhi museum has been increased by an hour during summer. Visitors now will be allowed to enter the museum till 6pm in the evening, while the light and sound show will start from 7:30 pm. According to Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC), 69,000 people have visited the museum between from October 1, 2018, and March 21, 2019. Alfred high school, where Bapu did his schooling, has been now converted into a world class museum which was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on September 30 last year. The museum comprises a library, a clock room and a food court too.
