PALANPUR: Himmatnagar police has arrested Chandresh Nayak , the police sub inspector whose wife Geeta committed suicide by shooting herself with his service revolver on Thursday.Family members of Geeta, the neice of former IPS officer DG Vanzara , had alleged that Geeta was tormented by Nayak who had an affair with a women from the minority community for the last five years.RR Desai, police inspector, 'A' division police station said that Nayak was produced before a local court that sent him to judicial custody.
